We source and roast with a team of coffee and cacao craftsmen who employ sustainable farming and harvesting techniques that have been passed down for generations. Our master coffee roaster is a 6th generation coffee farmer and producer. And our organic cacao beans are grown and harvested by indigenous farmers committed to native practices.

We source our coffee beans direct from family farms, estates and cooperatives. No middlemen or brokers buying, drying, blending or roasting our coffee beans. This means we know exactly where the beans have been before they reach your cup.

This allows them to responsibly care for their lands by relieving pressure to over cultivate and over produce. Many of our farmers practice permaculture techniques (where they grow coffee beans and cacao trees among existing indigenous plants vs. clear cutting) which produce robust and unique flavors not found in large, commercial coffee farms.
Coffee Hand-roasted on order.
We hand-roast every coffee order in small batches. And we roast single origin coffee beans at their optimum level and then make our signature coffee blends. This ensures that each coffee bean varietal is roasted to perfection every time.
